2026年3月11日，由 Web3Labs 与YZi Labs 主办，京港互联网3.0产业中心、星地中心、OpenSchool 联合主办的「开发者港湾：AI时代的香港新机遇」在北京朝阳区星地中心成功举办。本次活动汇聚来自全国高校创新团队与行业机构的百余位Builder，共同探索 AI时代下香港作为国际科技创新枢纽的新机遇。

About Web3Labs
Web3Labs aims to respond to the policy statement from the HKSAR Government on the development of virtual assets in Hong Kong. Through on-the-ground support, investment acceleration, technical collaborations, and compliance assistance, Web3Labs is dedicated to helping global Web3 companies establish their presence in Hong Kong. Web3Labs has launched the Web3.0 Global Acceleration Program with a total investment of $10 million. Each phase of the program involves co-sponsors contributing $1 million, aligning with Hong Kong’s policy initiatives to foster the development of the Web3.0 industry.
This program aims to attract top-tier global projects with technological prowess. Through financial incentives, technological empowerment, and accelerated landing, Web3Labs, alongside expert technical teams, will propel competitive projects towards rapid development.

Web 3.0 Global Acceleration Program
In April 2023, Web3Labs launched the Web3.0 Global Acceleration Program with a total investment of $10 million and an ecosystem fund of $100 million. The establishment ceremony garnered support from esteemed guests, including Mr. Cheung Kwok-kwan, Deputy Secretary for Justice; Mr. Zhang Guolai, Bureau Rank Official of Youth Affairs of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government; Mr. FOK Kai-kong, Ms. Quat Pei-fan, and Mr. Wong Kam-fai, Legislative Council Members; Dr. Kong Jianping, Director of Cyberport and founder of Nano Labs. Together, they ushered in a new era of Web3 development in Hong Kong. Web3Labs aims to serve and accelerate the growth of 1,000 projects in the next three years.
